Schembrae’s at Kurrajong can provide you with the perfect location for group bookings and events, from small network meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baptisms or corporate functions.
Combining Mediterranean cuisine and local produce, our team will work with you to create a menu to suit your event whether it be share plates or a full-course meal. We can also accommodate for various dietary requirements. We have a range of local wines, cider, beer and cocktails to choose from to create a drinks menu to accommodate your guests too.
We can host up to 40 seated guests or 60 standing with options indoors overlooking breath taking views over the Hawkesbury Valley, or our smaller outdoor area with Mediterranean courtyard vibes.

Group Bookings and Events – Terms & Conditions
Group Booking Policy:
For bookings of 15 or more, we will tailor a preset menu to your needs.
Special dietary requirements are to be communicated prior to your event.
Group table sizes vary and we will endeavour to best accommodate your needs. An out by time may apply for your booking according to availability.
Last drinks are at 9:00pm as we close at latest 10pm. We are fully licenced and do not allow BYO.
Event Deposit: To confirm your booking we require a $15 per person deposit.
Balance of Accounts: The balance for the event is to be paid at the conclusion of the event.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event full deposit is forfeited, more than 7 days you will receive a full refund minus any credit card surcharge.
Menu Selection must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your event. Final numbers and dietary requirements required 7 days prior.
Exclusive Hire: If you would like an exclusive hire of the venue we require a minimum booking of 30 people or more.
Cakeage fee: If you would like to bring your own cake, there will be a cakeage fee of $2.50 per person. BYO cakes that require refrigeration must not be delivered to the venue without manager’s consent.
Surcharges: Credit card surcharge applies – 1.6% Visa/Mastercard, 2.25% American Express.
